This is information you give me by filling in forms. or by corresponding with me by phone, e-mail or otherwise.  The information you give me may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description, photographs and keeping a back record of treatments undertaken, client expectations, notes discussed during consultation and plans of action.

USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

I use information held about you in the following ways:
Information you give to us. We will use this information

• To carry out my obligation arising from any contracts entered between you and me to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from me;

• To provide you with the information about other goods and services that I offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about;

•  If you are an existing customer, I will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous treatment.

• To notify you about changes to our products and service;

• To ensure that content from my site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

I will not disclose any of your information to a third party.

WHERE I STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

All information you provide to me is stored within a secure Microsoft One Drive account. 

Any payment transactions will be processed through an encrypted SumUp account.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

The DPA and GDPR gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the regulation. Any access request will be fulfilled within 30 days providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

CHANGES TO MY PRIVACY POLICY
